10 week IN PERSON PROGRAM

Sustain + Maintain

10-week cycle is full-body Program!


While winter training often gets linked to ski conditioning, this program is NOT snow-specific, you do not need to be a skier or rider to join. 


Staying consistent prevents that “start over every season” cycle and builds real, steady progress.

What are the deets?!

10-week full-body training program designed for anyone who wants structure, consistency, and accountability through the winter months.


Focusing on full-body movement patterns, smart strength progressions, and functional training that translate into feeling stronger in everyday life and in any sport or adventure.


Every class mixes upper and lower body work, intentional core sequences, and moderate conditioning so you build balanced strength without burnout. 


Feel supported and steady in your routine all winter long!

What do classes look like?

Each class blends upper and lower body strength, core training. 


Expect a mix of strength and endurance to elevate your heart rate, challenge your muscles, and build balanced fitness from head to toe.


No expectations based on previous classes. This cycle has a different flow and structure than Snow Conditioning(if you've don't this class with me before)


 You’ll get a fresh, well-rounded approach each session, with programming that rotates through:

  • Upper + lower body strength blocks
  • Heart-rate–boosting endurance intervals
  • Core strength in every class
  • Functional strength for everyday power and resilience


 Class Size Notice:
Classes are capped and limited to maintain high-quality coaching and a strong small-group environment. Spots are first-come, first-served. A minimum enrollment of participants is required for the series to run.
