    Knowledgeable Training Expertise

    With 17 years of success and unique professional experience as a professional US Freeski Team Athlete, Ashley Battersby will be able to give you tools to help you transition to a new you. Ashley has worked with the best strength coaches in the world at the Center of Excellence US Ski and Snowboard team.

     She is certified as a 200 Yoga Teacher and Spin Instructor, coaches and teaching skiing, Stand Up Paddle Yoga, TRX, Small group fitness, and coaches one on one privates with clients in her personally owned  studio. She travels all over the world promoting and working with businesses as a  fitness model for company campaigns, ads, and commercials.

Discovering new terrain within yourself that you may have not known existed.  I am here to get you started, stay with you through it, motivate you  to reach your goals! My focus is to not just see you through to the finish line, but to continue to push you past your comfort zone to the next goal!"
