    1 hour Personal training or Private yoga practice for a 1 on 1 session at the comfort of your own home with your current equipment.

    Take your workouts with you anywhere getting a personalize program based on your needs, availability, access to equipment and goals! Each Personal Training program comes with coaching, stretching & mobility videos for off days. Personalized + programs per request: meal & recipe guidance, journaling & mindfulness prompts, accountability tools. These are Monthly memberships

    10 Session - Private Gym - In person

    You come to me, 1:1 in a private gym. Your personal program will be based off your personal goals and needs for the entirety of our 10 sessions.

    • Fitness App w/ ON Demand with library of 40+ different: workouts, yoga, stretches, to do anytime anywhere! Giving you freedom to choose what type of exercising you want to do outside of our sessions.
    • Unlimited access to messaging w/ me

    This monthly program is for those who are interested in fitness but not sure where to start and need guidance.

    On demand Workouts - you can pick & choose. Wether its an upper body, lower body, or full body, or just want to do some guided prerecorded classes- you have access to 20 different workouts to choose from. 


    *3 month commitment / workouts do not roll over

    *No contact with trainer via app- Can contact with Questions via email.

    Personalized Program - Intermediate/Advanced

    $499/mo

    The best bang for your buck! 

    3x online workouts a week personalized to you. 


    This is a strength based program & will be structured based on your specific needs, goals access to home gym equipment or a gym.
