Snow Conditioning

What do sessions look like?

Each training session will not only maintain your physical body, but mental toughness for the winter season with Former Pro Skier Ashley Battersby


What to Expect Each Week:

Tuesdays/Mondays
🗻 Strength · Endurance · Stability · Mobility
Foundational training to build durability and support strong, injury-resistant skiing.


Thursdays/Wednesdays
⛷ Plyometrics · Agility · Speed · Power
Explosive work to dial in reaction time, power output, and dynamic movement on the mountain.

What equipment will I need:

The goal of this program is to help you maintain strength, power, and muscular endurance throughout the season.


Footwear matters. Shoes with thick cushioning—like HOKAs or similar—aren’t built for strength training. The extra padding limits the feedback you get from the ground and makes it harder to stay stable when lifting. Instead, opt for shoes with a flatter, firmer sole that let you feel grounded and supported during heavy lifts. Think Converse, cross-trainers, or minimalist shoes.


My preference is Vivobarefoot strength shoes. Use code "VPRO10" for a discount off.


My favorite : Motus Strength or Primus Lite Knit
