Explosive work to dial in reaction time, power output, and dynamic movement on the mountain.
You won’t just get stronger — you’ll hit the slopes with more confidence, resilience, and mental toughness.
The goal of this program is to help you maintain strength, power, and muscular endurance throughout the season.
Footwear matters. Shoes with thick cushioning—like HOKAs or similar—aren’t built for strength training. The extra padding limits the feedback you get from the ground and makes it harder to stay stable when lifting. Instead, opt for shoes with a flatter, firmer sole that let you feel grounded and supported during heavy lifts. Think Converse, cross-trainers, or minimalist shoes.
