Each training session will not only maintain your physical body, but mental toughness for the winter season! The Sessions will include Strength, Power, Agility, Speed, Stability, Mobility, Accessory work, Pre-hab, and snow specific exercises!
With me, you won't just move your body with random exercises, there will always be intention around our workouts. Mindful movement is medicine!
The intention of this program is to keep up power, muscular endurance, and maintain strength throughout the season.
I **STRONGLY** SUGGEST : shoes that are easy to lift heavy in (flatter base with VERY LITTLE cushion on the bottom). ex: HOKAS are not great for strength training, With more cushion below your feet the less feedback you'll get from your feet and the harder it will be to stabilize.
