You will be able to access your ski training program 24/7 on desktop or mobile via the Trainerize app. The app will provide detailed explanations of how to perform every movement, along with video references. Just follow the link in your inbox and create an account.
Every week there will be a new focus with new exercises. Stay accountable on the app writing in your progress as you navigate through each session. Every single week we will have strength, agility, power, mobility, and more! We Will work on training loads, range of motion, tempo pace, and new sets/reps every session!
Each training session will not only prepare your physical body, but will focus mentally for the winter season! The Sessions will be delivered online via Trainerize App and you can go back and re-do sessions anytime durning the 8 weeks program.
You will get what I like to call- "bite sized movement snackies" each week to add in your tool box of movement to take with you throughout the season!
Remember- Mindful movement is medicine!
All sessions will be 60 minutes or less
Each week you'll receive a snack and high protein ideas that will help you stay fueled on and off the mountain.
